Extend your knowledge about yoga postures and advanced variations which are not taught in a basic yoga teacher training. Enhance your teaching practice with new Asanas, deepen your practice with the help of Yashendu and different teachers and find answers to your questions by asking Swami Ji about the philosophical aspects of yoga in this India yoga retreat.
Heatlh, vitality, physical and mental strength and inner peace - as a yoga teacher or long-time practitioner you know that these are only some of the benefits that yoga can give you. If you are searching for a yoga retreat or yoga training, an extended yoga vacation and authentic yoga classes to explore these benefits more deeply, you cannot take a better choice than this International Yoga Teacher Training at Swami Balendu's Ashram in India!
It is not like all other Yoga Teacher Trainings but it is a Yoga Training for Teachers. We want to give you further knowledge that you can use practically to enhance your classes and personal experience. You can see these four weeks as an advanced yoga workshop or India yoga retreat that you will finish full of new ideas for your own yoga classes.
As you already have knowledge and experience, we don't need to spend time on explaining the basics but will right away go into exploring different paths of Yoga in depth so that your experience and practice will steadily grow. It is your Yoga Retreat in India!
- internalize fundamental yogic principles and knowledge
- learn to create variations with existing asanas
- learn to give Yoga lessons and Yoga Workshops with varying emphasis
- explore abilities of your body which were hidden to you until now
- gain deep understanding and experience of the multifaceted effects of Yoga
- learn to adjust the contents of a Yoga lesson to the needs of participants
- develop profound awareness and knowledge of the nature of human mind and spirit
- manage emotions according to the principles of Yoga
- get knowledge about important scriptures relating to yogic tradition
- establish a solid personal practice of asanas and meditation that will grow in depth and intensity over time
- learn advance techniques of Yoga which are not common in other training programs
- get understanding about your own energy system and how to regulate it
There will be a healthy balance in between practice and theory, between Asanas and philosophy, and at the Ashram you will experience at first hand how the philosophical contents are directly implemented into life.
The yoga workshops will provide you with advanced techniques and postures so if you believe there are points in your practice that you would need to improve, this is the right training for you.
The number of participants will be limited, so the teachers will be able to adjust their teaching to your level of experience and every participant will receive support in those fields that he or she wants to strengthen and explore more deeply.
Even if you have previously participated in yoga retreats, this yoga teacher training will help you to see yoga from a new point of view.
It will be a time of joy, learning, practicing and relaxation. Let these weeks be your yoga holidays in India!
